Quick! Define punk metal in two words! The Misfits? Wrong! Suicidal Tendencies? Yeah, nice try. This is Glue Gun! A local L.A. punk band who has been around between 1991 and 1996 and had never gone into a mainstream success.
The band formed in 1991 under the name Glü Gun and was renamed to Glue Gun around 1994. They released 2 albums to date: Just Glü It in 1993 and The Scene Is Not for Sale in 1995. Glue Gun have been on indefinite hiatus since late 1996.
10 years later, Glue Gun have temporarily reunited in 2006 with a new line-up Bob Odey (vocals), Joey R. (guitars), Brian (bass) and Andy (drums). They are currently planning to tour and write their third album which is most likely to be out towards the end of 2006, sometime in 2007 or so.
